Evektor SportStar RTC history and development
The SportStar RTC is a two-seat, all-metal, fixed-gear trainer certified under EASA.A.592. The current TCDS permits Rotax 912 ULS2 or certified 912 S2 powerplants, and Evektor factory data list 100 hp, 600 kg MTOW and 120 L fuel capacity. This is a separate certified model from the earlier EV-97 VLA even though the aircraft share design lineage and a similar configuration.
